Orders are generally processed within 24–72 business hours after payment has been confirmed.

Estimated delivery time is typically 6–15 business days, depending on the destination, carrier availability, customs procedures, holidays, and other factors outside our control.

Once your order has been shipped, tracking information may be provided by email when available.

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting your order. Growvia® is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other local fees. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, customs, high carrier volume, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
